woohoo~~ i love today's training..
used to be only and hour.. today its 2 damn long blardy not stop training!! somemore my buddy Bob nv come.. wa lau.. make me train with an idiot.. dun say him liao.. nah beh.. light sparring oni think he going for championship match~ Tio one hard kick on my calf... i damn dulan liao.. alot ppl is lydat one, cannot control their strenght.. den i hot liao.. got chance i whack deep deep.. LOL.. then i think he not happy i always kick me.. come out one stupid lj kick str8 right into my balls.. wa lan eh... that blardy gu niang~ i'll rem tt kick for life... sians.. i'm beginning to dread Joe's training.. he's damn tough.. but i think he's willing to train me up.. so no choice.. i muz endure! perservere!!
